Matt Duffy drilled a double in the bottom of the ninth inning to score Domingo Santana from first base in a 7-6 walk-off win for the Oklahoma City RedHawks against the Salt Lake Bees Wednesday afternoon at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.

Pinch-hitter Marc Krauss had tied the game, 6-6, with a three-run homer in the eighth inning in front of a crowd of 7,463 in Bricktown.

The walk-off win was the third this season for the RedHawks (36-31), who took a 2-1 lead in their series with Salt Lake (25-42).

Oklahoma City improved to 7-1 in games that start before noon this season, and to 13-1 in their last 14 games with morning start times dating to the 2012 season.

The RedHawks built a 3-1 lead in the fourth inning before the Bees responded with five straight runs to take a 6-3 advantage in the top of the eighth inning.

Salt Lake scored in the third inning for a 1-0 lead, snapping RedHawks pitcher Paul Clemens' scoreless streak at 17 innings in five PCL games. Efren Navarro hit a RBI triple to right field.

Duffy, who finished the game 3-for-4 with three RBI, answered for the RedHawks in the bottom of the frame. He belted a two-run homer on a line drive that dropped below the LED board and into the alley behind left field to give the RedHawks a 2-1 lead. The home run was his fifth in the last four games.

Adron Chambers led off the bottom of the fourth inning with a single to right field. Carlos Perez followed with a single to left field. A sacrifice bunt by Joe Sclafani advanced the runners. Kiké Hernandez then hit a RBI single to bring home Chambers for a 3-1 RedHawks lead.

Salt Lake tied the game, 3-3, in the top of the sixth inning on a RBI groundout by Zach Borenstein and a sacrifice fly by Roberto Lopez.

Salt Lake took a 5-3 lead with two runs in the seventh. J.B. Shuck hit a triple, then scored on a single by Tommy Field. Navarro connected on his second RBI triple of the game later in the inning.

Roberto Lopez homered on a fly ball to left field to push the Bees to a 6-3 lead in the eighth inning.

A missed catch error by Salt Lake first baseman Grant Green in the bottom of the eighth inning allowed Chambers to reach base when he grounded into a force out. Carlos Perez followed with a walk before Krauss entered the game to pinch hit for Joe Sclafani. Krauss then belted a three-run homer to tie the game, 6-6.

The pinch-hit homer was the first by a RedHawks player since Brad Snyder hit one Aug. 14, 2012 against Fresno.

With one out in the bottom of the ninth, Santana singled on a ground ball to the Bees shortstop. Duffy followed with a line drive RBI double to center field for the win.

Starting pitcher Clemens went 4.0 innings, allowing one run on four hits, walking two and striking out one. Ross Seaton followed, allowing four runs on four hits over 3.0 innings. Alex White allowed one run in the eighth inning.

RedHawks reliever Kevin Chapman (1-0) pitched a scoreless ninth inning for the win.

Bees reliever Dane De La Rosa (1-1) pitched the bottom of the ninth, allowing the game-winning run and two hits in the loss.

The RedHawks conclude their four-game series against Salt Lake at 7:05 p.m. Thursday at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
