A woman who had just gotten her taxes done drove into a Sapulpa H&R Block late Sunday morning. Police got the call of a possible injury wreck in the 800 block of East Taft, according to Lieutenant Glenn Coffey with the Sapulpa Police Department.

When they got to the tax office, they found a gray Kia sedan still inside the office.

"Our understanding from a witness is she had just gotten her taxes done and went to leave," Coffey said.

"It looks like instead of putting it into reverse, she put it into drive and went into the building."

The woman made it pretty far into the office, damaging windows, cubicles and even an interior wall. Coffey said they had not yet estimated her speed, but there were black marks left on the parking lot and sidewalk.

There were no injuries to the driver, her passenger or any of the employees inside the building, he said. Everyone involved was pretty shaken up.

"They're pretty stunned. They say that they're ok but are pretty shocked that this happened," he said.
