Christmas comes a little early for families impacted by the May 20 tornado.

"Christmas Cares Moore" is an outreach event that will provide decorations for families who lost theirs during the storm.

Organizers say donations poured in from around the world.

"It is simply amazing. I think these people are just going to have a blessed Christmas thanks to all the wonderful donations and all the hard work from all the volunteers," said Judy Cregan with St. Johns Lutheran Church.

Families can pick up their Christmas items from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at St. John's Lutheran Church.

The event is open to anyone in the community impacted by the storm, and no reservations are needed.
