Oklahoma State receiver Josh Stewart and quarterback J.W. Walsh will be featured in one of five stories on the 24th annual "Courage in Sports," a one-hour special recognizing individuals who have overcome monumental challenges to achieve greatness in the world of sports, Sunday on CBS at 4 p.m. CT.

The 2013 "Courage in Sports" features include:

A Bond of Brotherhood: Oklahoma State receiver Josh Stewart lost both parents to tragic accidents before the age of six, and his misfortune only continued in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina devastated his hometown of New Orleans and destroyed his house. After relocating to Denton, Texas, he discovered the ties that bond between football, family and ultimately a brotherhood with teammate and Oklahoma State quarterback J.W. Walsh.

Boston Strong: On April 15, 2013, the world was shaken when two bombs exploded at the oldest annual marathon in Boston, Mass. Five survivors of the marathon will take a look back at that spring afternoon, re-living one of the greatest tragedies… and triumphs of their lives.

Bikes Over Baghdad: Entertainers and musicians Zach and Christian Schauf have traveled with their band into warzones and military bases numerous times to entertain troops. In 2009, they decided to recruit some of the most accomplished BMX riders in the world to join them on their journey. Each year, they risk their lives in the name of patriotic entertainment to captivate our soldiers and provide a welcome distraction.

Conner Stroud: Conner Stroud was born with proximal femoral focal deficiency, a rare birth defect which affects the lower-body and makes walking extremely difficult. Against all odds, Conner wouldn't let the P.F.F.D. stop him from playing the sport he loves: tennis. After learning to walk and run on what are called "stubbies," Conner has won USTA tournaments and continues to hone his skills in wheelchair tennis, showing no signs of slowing down.

Laureus Sport for Good Foundation: The Laureus Sport for Good Foundation believes that athletics have the power to change the world. This foundation, which provides opportunities to more than one hundred projects worldwide that promote social change through organized athletics, is supported by 46 of the world's most recognizable athletes, including Edwin Moses, Tony Hawk and Marcus Allen.
