Two inmates are still on the run from Caddo County after they broke out of jail Sunday morning. Two men who escaped with them were caught Monday afternoon.

Dylan Ray Three Irons and Prime Brown had been on the run since Sunday around 2:40 a.m. Chickasha police spotted the pair around noon Monday, walking along 11th Street. Officers followed the pair to the Frisco Stop convenience store.

"They paid for their stuff and then they walked out the door there to a bunch of cops outside," said store clerk Linda Harley. "One just stopped, dropped his things and they put him in the car; and the other one, he just took off down the alley and they got him."

Harley says the two inmates were dressed in muddy sweatpants and hoodies with black hats. She says they bought ramen noodles and soda with a five-dollar bill.

"It's kind of scary because I had my daughter up here with me, and she's nine weeks old," Harley said. "They seemed nice. We just could tell they weren't from here, and then when all the cops came up, I was like oh my goodness something could've went wrong."

The four inmates broke out of the Caddo County Jail by climbing through a small door above their showers and crawling their way out to a side door.

Caddo County Sheriff Gene Cain says this jail escape could've happened anywhere.

"You got people in prison, who have 24 hours to think, they find away," said Sheriff Cain. "It's a new jail and everything. They have new light fixtures, you know. It's supposed to be indestructible, but it didn't take them about three months to figure how to get the screws out."

The four inmates ditched their orange jump suits two blocks from the jail. Authorities have searched the homes of friends and relatives of the escapees and are working hard to get the remaining two back behind bars.

"You just can't believe it and hope it never happens, but when it does you have to get down and do what you have to do to get them back in jail," Cain said.

Authorities are still searching for Triston Cheadle and Thomas Wesley Johnson, who originally told deputies his name was Anthony Mendoca, according to the Caddo County district attorney.
