Creek County deputies arrested three people after a man told them he was assaulted, tied up and robbed.

The sheriff's office said deputies responded to a strong-arm robbery in the 6200 block of 41st West Avenue last Sunday. They found a 22-year-old man with his hands bound behind his back and wire wrapped around one ankle.

The man told deputies he was at a friend's house when he was attacked by two men and a woman. He said they beat him and tied him up then stole his wallet containing $700 and his cell phone. He said he was able to free his feet and run to a neighbor's house to call for help.

The sheriff's office said the victim was able to identify his attackers.

Investigators tracked 22-year-old Phillip Paul Irby and 21-year-old Kara Kaylynn Parker to a home in Kellyville and arrested them. The third suspect, Dustin Baker, 31, was arrested the next day in the same area where the victim said he was robbed.
