"Good grief!  The way they put it, everybody is high and on drugs and having sex before and after all the games," he said. "It seems a bit much."  

Dave Phillips is an Edmond CPA and '76 OSU grad.

"Well if I had a Sports Illustrated subscription, which I don't, I would have canceled it by now," he said.
