Babysitter Recalls Kidnapping Of 7-Month-Old Baby In Noble

Right now, a man and woman are in jail, accused of kidnapping a 7-month-old baby girl and trying to hold her for ransom.

This all took place down in the town of Noble. Cleveland County deputies spotted the couple driving along Cemetery Road less than a mile from where they are accused of taking that baby girl.

They are 30-year-old Randy Dewayne Camp and 28-year-old Christina Ann Wilcox. They are accused of breaking into a mobile home in the 7000 block of 144th street in Noble, and taking 7-month-old Heaven Creel.

The two used to live with the little girl and her parents, Lennie Johnson and Josh Creel.

"They bombarded their way into my house," said Timothy Allen, who was at the home watching Heaven while her parents were getting groceries. "They wanted money."

He's still in shock over what took place.

"Tina snatches up the baby, and runs to the door with her, and tells me to tell Josh and Lennie that if they wanted their baby back, they had to come with 400 dollars - and then they would get their baby back," recalled Allen.

Randy Camp's own mother says he and Wilcox damaged the door forcing their way in. And Timothy says he had to hold his dogs back to keep them from attacking.

"And I pleaded with them, I told them you can't do this man," said Allen. " This is not your child. You are going to get in big trouble."

Timothy is just thankful Baby Heaven is now back with her parents. And that Camp and Wilcox are behind bars.

"I didn't want nothing to happen to the baby," cried Allen. " You know, I felt responsible!"

We caught up with baby Heaven and her mother late Wednesday afternoon and talked to her about this crazy kidnapping.

"It broke my heart! I couldn't imagine losing my baby," said Lennie Johnson. "I mean I can't believe that they could do this to you know an innocent little baby!"

Both Camp and Wilcox are currently being held without bond at the Cleveland County Detention Center, and face charges of kidnapping for extortion and first degree burglary.
