Apple Dump Cake
1 can apple pie filling
2 apples chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 spice cake mix
1/2 stick unsalted butter, cubed
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat to oven 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with non stick cooking spray. In a medium bowl stir together the apple pie filling, chopped apples, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into the bottom of the 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the cake mix over the top. Place cubes of butter all over the top and then add nuts evenly. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
