And the victim said it all happened in front of the couple's 2-year-old son.

Liggins was arrested August 31 in the 2300 block of N.W. 180th Street. His girlfriend told police the two had dated for six years and lived together for two years. She said that night, Liggins hit her on the head with his hand. She said when she fell to the ground, he punched her in the head, and all while their son was in the same room.

The woman said she ran to a bedroom and locked herself inside, but Liggins kicked in the door and pushed her down. She said that's when he dropped a fan on her head and stomped her with his foot. She said he also dropped an X-box on her head.

When police arrived, they said the woman had obvious signs of physical injuries. Liggins was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County jail for domestic abuse in the presence of a minor, as well as assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
