Ingredients:
1 lb. pre-cooked shrimp, deveined and peeled
1 stick unsalted butter
3 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
1/2 cup white wine
Handful chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 lb fettucini, cooked
Instructions:
In a large saute pan place butter, garlic, white wine and Italian seasoning. Sauté for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Be careful not to allow butter to brown. Add in shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Pour shrimp and butter sauce over the pasta.
