Muskogee Police are investigating an incident at a local pool hall where a juvenile says he was tased by an employee. Officers responded to a fight in progress at O'gannis Hangout, 2264 East Shawnee, at about 11:40 p.m. April 5, according to a release by the Muskogee Police Department.

O'gannis is licensed through the city as a family pool hall and arcade, according to Lieutenant Bobby Lee of the Muskogee Police Department.

Several patrons and employees were all involved in the altercation, the release states. One juvenile male told police he had been assaulted with a taser after an employee asked him to leave the business.

Wilkins took witness statements and said there were conflicting stories given by the people involved in the fight and witnesses. No arrests were made, and everyone involved refused medical treatment.

Investigators are trying to get video of the fight to forward the evidence to the district attorney's office, according to the news release.
