Funeral Planned For Bartlesville Homicide Victim

A funeral is set for a Bartlesville man who disappeared in August 2012 after leaving a casino.

The remains of Timothy Hauser, 61, were found in an Osage County pasture on December 29, 2012.

Two other Bartlesville residents -- Rusty Petty, 41, and Trysta Shaffer, 28 -- were charged on March 22, 2013 in Osage County with first degree murder in connection to Hauser's death.

According to an obituary published in a Bartlesville newspaper, the funeral celebrating Hauser's life will be at 11 a.m. on March 30, 2013 at the Walker-Brown Chapel on Nowata Road in Bartlesville.

Petty and Shaffer remain in the Osage County jail on $1 million bond each. Their next court appearance is April 12, 2013.
