Police caught up to Moon a short-time later. Court documents allege Moon told Police he loves Satan, that he wanted police to kill him, and that he wants everyone to die.

Police Spokesperson Jenny Monroe says Moon posted a video on Facebook March 2. In the video he "Rapped" about guns, and the recent Newtown Connecticut shootings.

"He said he was going to leave behind a legacy. There were just huge red flags for us," She said.

Moon told police he's been institutionalized three times in the past year. He remains in the Oklahoma County Jail. Police say it will be up to prosecutors to decide what to do with him next.
