An early-morning earthquake Monday rattled residents' nerves near Tishomingo.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake hit just before 4:30 a.m. and was centered about three miles southeast of Tishomingo, and 100 miles southeast of Oklahoma City.

The earthquake had a magnitude of 3.5. There were no reports of injuries or damage.

Last week, two earthquakes shook central Oklahoma on the same day. The first one was centered near Choctaw and measured 2.5. The second, larger quake measured with a magnitude of 4.0 and was centered near Nicoma Park.
