Oklahoma City Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 26-year-old man accused of killing one man and shooting another in a dispute over money.

Police say Jonathan Farr shot and killed Michael Wilson February 20 at an apartment complex in the 6600 block of Wilshire in northwest Oklahoma City. Another man was also shot, but survived.

Witnesses told police Farr had previously threatened to kill Wilson because Wilson owed Farr money. Witnesses also told police Farr and Wilson had known each other for a long time.

According to the arrest warrant, Farr was also involved in another shooting February 24 in the 7200 block of Galahad Circle. Police say Farr fired shots at a car belonging to a witness who said he'd heard Farr threaten to kill Wilson.

When police examined bullets from the second shooting, they matched evidence found at the homicide scene.

Based on that evidence, police issued a first-degree murder arrest warrant for Farr.
