The FBI and Bethany Police Department are searching for two men who robbed a Bethany bank Friday morning.

Two men walked into the IBC Bank at 7723 N.W. 23rd Street around 10:35 a.m. Monday. They both pulled out guns and ordered everyone to lie on the ground.

While one robber watched the customers, the other robber approached two tellers and demanded money. The tellers placed money in a black, mesh bag and gave it to the gunman.

Both men left the bank and drove away in gold, four-door Chevrolet with tinted windows and chrome trim. No one was hurt in the robbery.

Both robbers are described as black males. One suspect was in his early 20s, 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall, with an athletic build. He was wearing a black or dark-colored hooded jacket with a blue stripe down the sleeves, dark pants and gloves.

The second suspect was also in his early 20s, 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall, with an athletic build. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, jeans and gloves.

Anyone with information about the robbery should contact the FBI at (405) 290-7770. Callers can remain anonymous.
