A warning for consumers and business owners in Oklahoma about a new scam claiming you have to file certain government forms.

Oklahoma's Attorney General says a company called "Corporate Records Service" is sending out letters, telling business owners they have to file an "Annual Minutes Records Form" and there is a $125 fee.

Attorney General Scott Pruitt says those forms are not required in Oklahoma.

Pruitt says the letters appear to be from the state's Secretary of State's Office.

He says if you get one of those letters, you're asked to contact the attorney general's public protection office at 405-521-2029 or www.oag.ok.gov.
