Bixby Woman Wanted For Arson, Meth Manufacture

Tulsa Police are searching for a woman on two felony warrants: first degree arson and manufacturing a controlled drug.

Tulsa Police are searching for a woman on two felony warrants: first degree arson and manufacturing a controlled drug. Melinda E. Broyles, 28, is the police department's Most Wanted for the week.

Broyles, Paul Joseph Kappel and Joshua Allen Kappel are charged with setting their home on fire while manufacturing methamphetamine, according to court documents. All three are listed at the address of the arson in the 17000 block of South 89th East Avenue in Bixby.

Court documents also indicate that Broyles was convicted of enabling child abuse by injury in July of 2012. She is wanted on a $140,000 bond.

She is described as a white female, 5'4" tall and 110 pounds. Broyles has blue eyes and brown hair.
