Police Identify Suspicious Item Found In Midwest City

Midwest City police identified a suspicious object found at the city's municipal complex as a PVC pipe.

The item was found at 100 Midwest Boulevard Tuesday morning. Midwest City police called in the bomb squad as a precaution.

The item was soon identified as a harmless pipe. The area was not evacuated and no one was ever in danger.
