The preliminary hearing has been postponed for a former OSU fraternity member accused of sexually molesting other students.

Nathan Cochran, 22, was charged with three counts of sexual battery in December and a fourth charged was filed last week.

According to court documents, two of the victims said Cochran molested them in their sleep. The university indicated there were as many as five alleged victims.

Cochran was kicked out of the FarmHouse fraternity and suspended from the university.

The hearing to decide if he should go to trial is now set for February 4.
