Person Questioned After Man Shot To Death In Caddo County

The Caddo County District Attorney is deciding whether to file charges against a person who shot and killed a man whose body was found dead near a road.

Neighbors called 911 Saturday evening after hearing gunfire. Caddo County Sheriff's deputies found the body of 53-year-old Bob Bailey of Hinton lying just south of Interstate 40 and Bethel Road. The sheriff's department requested the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation help look into the homicide.

Investigators have interviewed the person who fired the fatal gunshots. That person has not been arrested. The district attorney will determine whether to charge that person after detectives finish their investigation and turn over their report.
