Crews Douse Grass Fire Near Lake Stanley Draper

Crews successfully extinguished a grass fire in a rural area near Lake Stanley Draper, Thursday evening.

The fire was located near 9801 Addie Ln., east of the Lake Stanley Draper Dr. and north of SE 104^th St.

Firefighters needed the use of tanker units at the scene because of the remoteness of the fire's location.

Firefighters say about 10 acres in all burned. No structures were threatened by this fire.
