OKLAHOMA CITY - The state medical examiner has determined how a woman found dead in her Oklahoma City home was killed.

Police discovered 57-year-old Shelia Stanley's body Saturday, December 8, inside her home at 10226 Oxlow Court, near S.W. 104th Street and Penn. Friends called police after discovering her car in the driveway and the front door wide open.

Police determined her death was a homicide. The medical examiner revealed Wednesday she'd been stabbed multiple times.

Stanley was a nurse with Providence Home Health. Police have not made any arrests in her death or named any suspects.
