Man Severely Injured In Two-Vehicle Collision In Norman

A man was severely injured following a two-vehicle collision in Norman Saturday afternoon. Police say he was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved in the crash.

According to Norman police, at about 12:15 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to the two-vehicle collision at the intersection of 48th Avenue N.W. and Tecumseh Road.

A passenger in one of the vehicles sustained severe injuries following the crash. He was transported to the OU Medical Trauma Center. No one else was injured in the crash, according to police.

The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
