Another lawsuit has been filed in Pittsburg County District Court against Narconon. The latest suit was filed by William Scott, 21, of Denver, Colorado.

Scott, who recently moved to Colorado, is the fourth lawsuit filed this year against the Narconon rehabilitation center.

In 2012, three people were found dead at Narconon Arrowhead in a span of nine months.

According to the suit, Scott is seeking more than $75,000 in damages and alleges negligence and violation of the Oklahoma Consumer Protection Act.

Read Scott Williams' lawsuit.

Scott alleges in the suit that Narconon "falsely advertised the Narconon Program as one in which students suffering from alcohol and/or drug addiction would be provided substantive education and rehabilitation in the fields of drugs and alcohol abuse."

The suit goes on to say that Narconon instead teaches Scientology practices and not abuse-related education.
