Tulsa Man Jailed In Child Pornography Investigation

A Tulsa man is being held in lieu of a $60,000 bond after he was taken into custody in a child pornography investigation.

Shawn Edward Neihart, 48, turned himself into Tulsa County Jail Monday.

According to court documents, Neihart had 100 or more images of naked or partially naked children engaged in sexually explicit poses or sexual activity with adults. He is also charged with distributing the photos after sharing them with an agent of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.

Another count filed against Neihart states that he downloaded obscene material involving bestiality to his computer.
