An Oklahoma City woman accused of hitting and killing her husband with her pickup truck claims she was not "aware" of driving over the victim, according to a probable cause affidavit.

Police arrested 49-year-old Lisa Bradley (also known as Lisa Gulley) on Friday, October 5, for the death of her husband, Harry Robbins. Police responded to a hit-and-run at N.W. 33rd Street and Penn just after 7 p.m. on October 4. They found Robbins lying in the street with severe head trauma. He was rushed to the hospital, and died the next day.

Police questioned witnesses who told them a driver had run over Robbins on purpose. Detectives learned the vehicle in the hit-and-run matched the description of a truck driven by one of two women who lived with Robbins.

Police say a few hours after the accident, Bradley contacted police and said she had information about the accident. Officers brought her to the police station, where she admitted to detectives that she was married to Robbins, and the two were having domestic problems.

Bradley told police she was upset with Robbins and left their home around 6:30 p.m. She said as she left, Robbins jumped on the hood of her pickup truck. Bradley said she accelerated then hit the brakes to get the man off of her truck. She said Robbins fell of the truck, and she drove away without checking on him.

According to the affidavit, Bradley told police she "was not aware if she ran over Robbins or not as she was leaving."

Bradley said she decided to contact police after seeing the story on television newscasts. She was arrested on complaints of assault with a deadly weapon and deadly use of force.
