Man Charged With Fatal Shooting Outside OKC Target Store

The Oklahoma County District Attorney has filed a first-degree murder charge against a suspect accused of shooting a man to death outside a Target store.

The Oklahoma County District Attorney has filed a first-degree murder charge against a suspect accused of shooting a man to death outside a Target store.

Police say David Bloebaum shot and killed Jasen Yousif September 28 outside the Super Target near Penn and Memorial. Police say the shooting happened after the two became involved in an altercation while driving.

Investigations say Bloebaum followed Yousif into the store's parking lot. Police say video shows Yousif attempting to run away, but he falls after being shot.

In addition to the first-degree murder charge, Bloebaum is also charged with two counts of unlawfully carrying a firearm.
