OKC Police Arrest Woman Accused Of Murdering Toddler Niece

Oklahoma City police arrest a woman following the death of her two-year-old niece.

Van Le, 49, faces a complaint of murder in the first degree of a child. Police say two-year-old Jessica Chau was brought in to Children's Hospital by ambulance on September 22. The child passed away two days later as a result of her injuries.

Police say Le was with her niece when the injuries occurred. Investigators interviewed Le after the little girl was taken to the hospital and arrested after her niece died.
