Fire Crews Extinguish Grass Fire Near Kingfisher

Crews have contained a grass fire near Kingfisher, Thursday afternoon.

The fire was located on state highway 33, about nine miles east of Kingfisher. Fire crews from Okarche were called in to battle the fire as well.

Two mobiles homes and some cars were destroyed in the fire, but crews were able to contain the blaze.
