Police rushed to a shooting near a library at N.E. 23rd Street and MLK Boulevard in Oklahoma City where a man was shot twice in the arm.

The shooting happened outside Ralph Ellison Library around 10:30 a.m. Police say the victim went to the library for help, but is now refusing to cooperate with the investigation.

Police told News 9 that it was a drive-by shooting, and the suspects got away in a blue Chevy Malibu. Police are following a blood trail and say the shooting may be gang-related.

The officers say the 20-year-old victim is not being very cooperative and has tattoos associated with known gangs in the metro.

The victim has been transported to an area hospital.
