Arson investigators will be looking into who may have started a fire early Tuesday morning on S.W. 74th Street near May Avenue.

The fire did about $10,000 worth of damage at the College Park Townhomes. Firefighters contained the flames to just one apartment.

Investigators say the woman who lives in the apartment left about an hour before the fire started outside her front door. Neighbors called her around midnight and told her that her home was on fire.

No one was hurt in the blaze and most of the neighbors were allowed to go back inside their homes once the fire was out.

This is the second fire possibly related to arson in just one week in the same neighborhood. Police arrested a man who lived in the complex across the street after he allegedly tried to burn down his sister's apartment.
