Charges Against OSU Defensive Lineman Dropped
STILLWATER, Oklahoma - Charges against Oklahoma State defensive tackle Christian Littlehead were dropped Wednesday.
The state dismissed the case five days after a warrant for Littlehead's arrest was recalled. Littlehead had originally been charged with a misdemeanor assault and battery, and was accused of punching a woman in the face in March at a birthday party.
Littlehead's status with the team has not been determined by OSU head coach Mike Gundy.
Littlehead, who is listed as a backup on the Cowboys' depth chart, started four games for OSU last season. The incident was Littlehead's third run-in with the law since December.
