OKC Police Arrest Mom Accused Of Shoplifting, Endangering Child

Oklahoma City police arrest a woman on complaints of shoplifting and endangering her child.

Megan Lynn Bradley, 23, is accused of stealing a can of compressed air at the Walmart located at 100 E. I-240 on Wednesday, August 14.

According to a police report, witnesses told police Bradley tried to hide the item in her purse and walk out of the store without paying for it. When police arrived and confronted Bradley, officers said she became aggressive and combative, even kicking and cursing while holding her 3-year-old daughter in her arms.

Police arrested Bradley for putting the child in harm's way. The young girl is now in DHS custody. Police could not locate the child's dad or another sibling, who were also reportedly at the store with them.

Police said the father is a transient and has had multiple arrests.
