The RedHawks nearly climbed out of a 4-0 deficit to Sacramento Saturday night, but in the end it was just loss number eight in a row. Despite out-hitting the River Cats 9-8, OKC still fell 5-3.

The loss also marks the 11th in 12 games for OKC.

The RedHawks threatened with a walk and a single to lead off the ninth, but couldn't get the big hit it was looking for.

Jason Castro was the bright spot for OKC, going 3-3 with an RBI.

Brad Peacock earned his tenth win of the season for Sacramento, allowing three runs in five innings. Rudy Owens took the loss for OKC, allowing three earned runs in seven innings.

The RedHawks will look to end its losing streak Sunday at 6.05 p.m. against Sacramento.
