Tuscan Pork Kabobs

Tuscan Pork Kabobs

Ingredients:

1 cup of Easy Balsamic Dressing

1 pork tenderloin, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 red bell pepper

1 green pepper

10 mushrooms

Pineapple, cut into large chunks

1 red onion, cut into cubes

Directions:

Heat grill pan or gas grill to medium heat. Place wooden skewers completely in water and soak for 30 minutes.

To prepare kabobs, just skewer meats, veggies and pineapple onto skewers. Brush with balsamic dressing. Allow to sit for about 30 minutes. Set skewers onto hot grill and rotate every 3 minutes or until all sides are browned and pork is cooked through.

Serve with Caribbean rice and fresh green salad.
