Police: Man Tries To Run Over Campers With Jeep At Arcadia Lake

Police in Edmond arrested a man accused of assaulting a group of people at Arcadia Lake.

The incident happened just before 6 a.m. on Saturday, July 21.

Officers say 27-year-old Nicholas Bimber tried to run over some campers several times with his Jeep, and got into a fight with them.

The victims say Bimber was intoxicated.

Police arrested him on three counts of assault with a deadly weapon. He's in jail on a $22,500 bond.
