Edmond Police Find Person Of Interest In Attack On Jogger

Edmond police have identified a man they believe could have information in the attack of a female jogger.

Police released a surveillance picture of the man on Thursday. They believe he was in the area at the time of the assault.

The 20-year-old woman was attacked Tuesday night while running along the I-35 Frontage Road between 2nd and 15th Streets. She told police she remembers pushing someone away from her and even biting that person on the arm.

The victim is recovering in a local hospital. Police have made contact with the man in the picture and plan to interview him.
