Driver Slams Into OKC Power Pole, Runs Away

Police are searching for a driver who hit a power pole in northeast Oklahoma City, but ran away before police arrived.

Someone passing by around 2 a.m. noticed the damaged car and dented pole at N.E. 36th Street and Phillips. That person called police.

Police arrived and found the car, but no driver. They had the car towed away. They are investigating the crash and searching for the driver.
