OKC Police Arrest Man After Excessive Spanking Of 5-Year-Old

Oklahoma City police arrest a man for allegedly abusing a 5-year-old boy.

Police arrested Randall Allen, 42, on complaints of child abuse. According to a police report, officers were dispatched to Children's Hospital after a case worker reported the young boy had significant bruising on his bottom from being spanked with a paddle by Allen.

Allen and his wife originally brought the child to the hospital because they said he had issues wetting the bed. However, a doctor evaluated the 5 year old child and discovered the bruises.
