Two people are dead after a fiery collision between a motorcycle and SUV in Tulsa County. The crash took place at 2:11 a.m. Sunday on State Highway 11 at 76th Street North in Turley.

Trooper Chris West told News On 6 that motorcyclist Bradley Crittenden, 24, of Sperry was driving southbound on Highway 11 (North Peoria) at a very high rate of speed when the crash took place.

Chester Jones Jr., a 57-year old Tulsa man, was northbound on the highway in a 1998 Isuzu Rodeo, turning left onto 76th Street North.

Crittenden's 2008 Yamaha motorcycle struck the front passenger door of the Rodeo. Both vehicles caught fire, West said.

Jones had a passenger in the SUV, 55-year-old Peggy Robison of Tulsa. She was taken to St. John Hospital where she died of her injuries. Crittenden died at the scene of massive injuries.

Both people in the SUV were wearing seat belts, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol collision report.

Jones was treated and released with minor injuries. The trooper's report states that Crittenden was not wearing a helmet.
