OKC Mother Charged For Punching, Abusing Toddler Daughter

A woman arrested for allegedly abusing her 2-year-old daughter in a Walmart parking lot is charged with child abuse.

Elizabeth Ann Wolfe, 39, was arrested on Tuesday, May 15, outside of a Walmart retail store located at 6100 West Reno Avenue in Oklahoma City. According to police, witnesses say Wolfe screamed at her toddler, slapped her 5 to 6 times in the lower part of her body and hit her with a closed fist 6 to 7 times below her neck.

Police said the toddler injuries included swelling to her left cheek, red marks on her arms and old bruising to her back.
