OKC Man Accused Of Fondling, Recording Video Of, Naked Girl

Police arrested an Oklahoma City man after a 12-year-old girl accused him of fondling her in her bed and recording video of her while she was in the shower.

During an examination at Children's Hospital on June 13, the girl told police she was sexually abused by 32-year-old Justin Hughes. The girl said Hughes came into her bedroom the previous night wearing only a shirt. She said he fondled her then told her it was time to make him happy.

The girl said Hughes also recorded video of her while she was taking a shower. Police later interviewed Hughes about the abuse allegations. Investigators said he admitted to recording video of the girl while she was naked in the shower, and downloading several clips to his computer.

Police said Hughes also admitted to going into the girl's bedroom while he was masturbating to see if the child was awake. He also told police he made a sexual comment to the girl.

Police arrested Hughes on four counts of manufacturing child pornography and three counts of lewd acts with a child.
