Oklahoma City Police say they would like to a see a Thunder celebration Wednesday night, but they are prepared if things get out of control.

Law enforcement has stepped up patrols at Thunder games since the shooting in Bricktown after the Thunder/Lakers game on May 21.

Fans can expect more of the same for game six of the Western Conference Finals tonight at Chesapeake Energy Arena.

Oklahoma City Police will be out in numbers, and it's once again getting help from the Oklahoma County Sheriff's office.

Officers will be undercover, on horseback, and stationed in camera-equipped tower platforms.

"We don't have a problem with people celebrating as long as it doesn't get out of hand," says Capt. Dexter Nelson with OCPD.

For the first game after the May 21 shooting in Bricktown, 120 to 140 officers were on hand to patrol the crowds. OCPD says you can expect at least that many officers working Wednesday night.
