Oklahoma City police are looking for a man who shot another man after they got into an argument on Monday, May 28.

It happened just after 12 p.m. Monday. Police say 20-year-old Kasey Stell opened fire at Shannon Jones several times after they got into an altercation at Jones' girlfriend's apartment, located in the 1600 block of Heyman Street in Oklahoma City.

Stell then fled the scene in a white, 4-door, Lexus sedan, police say.

Jones' girlfriend told police that Stell is her ex-boyfriend and is her baby's father.

Jones was shot in his legs, rectum, and genitals, according to the police report. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition.

A witness at the scene also told police she saw Stell shoot at Jones with a black handgun.

Stell is now wanted by police for charges of shooting with intent to kill, and police say he is considered armed and dangerous.
