A Washington state murder suspect caught in Oklahoma heads to court Tuesday morning.

Jarod Lane, 19, appeared before an Oklahoma County district judge without a lawyer and waived his extradition.

Lane was arrested Monday afternoon in Oklahoma City. He's wanted in connection with the murder of his ex-girlfriend, 17-year-old Jessica Scholl.
