HARRAH, Oklahoma - A husband and wife are behind bars after Harrah police say they turned up a large meth lab in the couple's mobile home.

Police say they were called to Robert Smith and Larinda Austin's mobile home for a child welfare call Wednesday afternoon.

Police say the couple have three children under the age of 13. They say no one was home when they got there, but police entered the home through an open back door.  Once inside, police say they smelled the strong odor of urine.  They say they then found the meth lab in a back bedroom.

Sean Mooney lives across the street from the family.

"They're not very good neighbors at all. They are always up late, and there's always a lot of traffic coming and going from the house.  They don't take care of the kids. They're barefooted and dirty," Mooney said.

Police say Smith and Austin will face several felony charges.  Their children are now in state custody.
