OSBI Offers $10K Reward In Welch Double Murder

The Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation is offering a $10,000 reward in a 2008 double murder case.

The Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation is offering a $10,000 reward in a 2008 double murder case.

Bill and Leota Hul were murdered north of Welch, Oklahoma in November of 2008. An employee of their farm found the couple dead of gunshot wounds inside their home at 4404 S. 4390 Road.

In addition to OSBI's offering, the Hul family is putting up a $5,000 reward for justice in this case.

Investigators say they need outside help to solve this case. They say anything anyone has heard or seen will help.
