A Noble man was injured after his boat was run over by another boat on Lake Texoma in Marshall County Saturday morning.

It happened just after 6 a.m. in the Catfish Bay area on Lake Texoma. Troopers say a 2000 20-foot Champion Boat driven by Clint Mobley was just leaving Catfish Bay when it was struck from behind by another boat driven by 44-year-old Charles Jewell.

Jewell's 1995 19-Foot Gambler Boat then ran over Mobley's boat. Mobley, 45, was transported to the Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma In Durant with head and neck injuries. He is in stable condition, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol's collision report.

Charles Jewell of Healdton, Oklahoma, and his 10-year-old son were not injured. A passenger in Mobley's boat, 45-year-old Jeff Daniels of Norman, was also okay.

Troopers listed the cause of this collision as "inattention."
